Introduction to Mindfulness

This session will cover what Mindfulness is and why it can benefit you, the science behind this brain training skill as well as take home exercises you can practice anytime anywhere.

The session will be themed around wellbeing and the importance of caring for yourself equally as much as others. Finishing with how meditation is the ultimate brain training, how to meditate and what to expect while meditating.
