As part of BBC Caring Matters Week, BBC Radio Scotland is hosting a live programme focused on what it’s like to be an unpaid carer in Scotland today

The programme will explore the challenges and rewards of caring, balancing care with work or education, and access to support. There will also be a dedicated financial advice segment, along with live phone-ins and carers sharing their experiences.
• Attend in person as part of the audience or join remotely by phone/video
• Stay for the full programme or just part of it
• Bring the person you care for, if appropriate for you
• If you’re speaking on air, the BBC team will contact you in advance as part of their duty of care
