A complaint arises if, in some way a person is dissatisfied as a result of something the organisation has done or failed to do.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and would like to complain, the complaints procedure is explained in the complaints, suggestions and comments leaflet.

We would remind you of the opportunity to speak informally with the CEO on any matter of concern.

If you remain dissatisfied after following Angus Carers complaints procedure you have the right to access the complaints procedure of Angus Council.
