We have made a commitment to protecting your personal information with respect and to protecting it at all times. It is our aim to ensure that your details are processed in a fair, open, and transparent way.

We would use this basis when we are carrying out work in the public interest that is supported by a piece of legislation. An example of this could be work carried out to implement the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016.

The information that we collect will be used by Angus Carers Centre ‘s staff and volunteers to support you.

We have created retention guidelines for all the personal information that we hold. The periods set are based on what we feel is safe and reasonable and will allow us to perform the task that we have collected the information for.
